The story

Anne Gros e Jean-Paul Tollot

The region includes three main appellations: Minervois, Minervois-La Livinière, and Muscat de Saint-Jean de Minervois. The territory is divided into five main zones: the Balcons de l’Aude, the Causse, the Mourels, the Petit Causse, and the Terrasses each with distinctive geological and climatic features that give the wines their unique identity and character. Together with Jean-Paul Tollot, also a winemaker from Burgundy, she launched a new project in the heart of Minervois, in the village of Cazelles. Here, by combining Burgundian savoir-faire with the potential of the Mediterranean terroir, they created a winery of excellence, housed in a modern cellar designed with care, harmony, and meticulous attention to detail. Their collaboration represents the perfect fusion of tradition, innovation, and respect for the land, resulting in elegant, intense, and highly expressive wines.
