Benoît Gaullet

This is the Côte des Bar, the southern Champagne, where Pinot Noir is the leading grape.

On the family's 17 hectares, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay share the plots; the grapes are picked, vinified and turned into Champagne on the estate. The estate is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale.

Alongside the classic range and the special cuvées, such as Esquisse, Héritage, Tradition and the Rosé Millésime, the family makes Ratafia and Marc de Champagne aged for ten years in oak barrels.
